Terms of Use
Effective date: September 6, 2026 · Applies to Regimly v0.8+ · Operated by Svetlana Chrysler (sole proprietor) · Contact: privacy@regimly.com
By using Regimly you agree to these Terms, to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Who may use Regimly
You must be 14 or older, subject to any higher minimum in your jurisdiction.
2. What Regimly is
A skincare organization app: product recognition, routine generation, conflict and overlap information, ingredient reading, alternatives, usage tracking, and Remi, the in-app assistant. Regimly organizes what you already own; it is not a store and does not sell products.
3. Not medical advice
Regimly provides no medical advice or diagnosis. AI output can be wrong — verify labels yourself. See the Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the photos and content you submit. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service — to process your photos for recognition, store what you save, and secure the service — as described in the Privacy Policy. Your face photos never leave your device.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Regimly unlawfully, probe or disrupt its systems, abuse the AI features (including attempts to make them act outside their purpose), scrape the service, or reverse engineer it except where the law grants that right.
6. Your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile tab → Delete Account) or at /delete-account; deletion is immediate and permanent. Guest mode keeps everything on your device only, and that data is permanently lost on sign-out, account switch, or uninstall — the app warns you before you choose it. Accounts unused for 6 months are deleted automatically.
7. Free tier & changes
Current fair-use limits: 10 routine builds and 10 Remi questions per calendar week (both reset Monday); the app always shows where you stand before you reach a limit. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Paid subscriptions, if introduced, will come with their own terms presented at purchase.
8. Third-party services
Sign-in providers, Google Cloud services, and Open Beauty Facts have their own terms. Product data from public databases may be inaccurate.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regimly is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that your law does not allow to be limited, including mandatory consumer and privacy rights.
10. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without limiting mandatory protections of your place of residence. Contact: privacy@regimly.com.
