You can correct the category on the results screen, or add the product by hand with ✏️ Add manually. Corrections do not need to go through us.
My routine did not update
Regimly asks before rebuilding — when a product changes it offers to keep the routine as it is or recalculate. Earlier routines are kept in the archive.
I have hit a weekly limit
Routine calculations and questions to Remi reset every Monday. Nothing is lost.
I want my data gone
Delete your account — from the app or by email.
