Delete your account
This page permanently deletes your Regimly account and everything stored with it. You do not need the app installed. (In the app, the same deletion lives at Profile → Delete Account.)
- Your profile — name, age range, skin type, concerns
- Your product shelf and routine (the copies backed up to your account)
- Every photo you have uploaded — product photos and your profile photo
- Your sign-in, so you cannot log back in
Your chat history with Remi, daily check-ins, streak and progress photos live only on your phone. Deleting the app removes those.
Deletion takes effect immediately and your sign-in stops working. Deleted photos stay in our cloud provider’s recovery period for up to 7 days; Firebase removes the sign-in record from its live and backup systems within up to 180 days.
A phone still signed in to this account clears its local copy the next time the app there is opened or brought back with an internet connection — it checks that the account still exists. Deleting the app also removes it.
We can only delete an account we can confirm belongs to you.
Signed up with Apple? Delete from the app (Profile → Delete Account), or email privacy@regimly.com from the address on your account.
